Carepoint Adult, Child & Family Association The mission of Carepoint is to improve the lives of people with HIV and AIDS in the communities it serves through a comprehensive range of quality services. Carepoint is currently serving all of Northern Cook County in Illinois. Through our clothes closet, dental care, tutoring, mentoring, addiction and job counseling we provide some of the neccessary details for people to take advantage of any opportunity to improve themselves.
