BeHIV - Better Existence for HIV

BEHIV (Better Existence with HIV) provides peer lead community outreach, preventiona case management, needle exchange referrals, drop-in, free condoms, and HIV testing referrals to services in Rogers Park. Carepoint Adult, Child & Family Association

The mission of Carepoint is to improve the lives of people with HIV and AIDS in the communities it serves through a comprehensive range of quality services. This includes the following program areas: psycho-social support, comprehensive case management, domestic assistance, housing assistance, community advocacy, and outreach education. Carepoint is currently serving all of Northern Cook County in Illinois.

Campaign for Drug Education Awareness

C.D.E.A. is a nonprofit organization incorporated since 1994, to address high at risk Chicago youth. The program was born out of frustration & concern to prevent youth drug & alcohol use, abuse & crime. Current base area is Rogers Park, where they have expanded to state wide inclusion.

C4 – Community Counseling Centers of Chicago

Since 1972, Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4) has dedicated itself to providing experience and expertise that heals and helps men, women and children who are struggling with mental illness, substance addiction, emotional trauma and the aftermath of violence.

We are a grass roots organization that supports individuals who are ready to change their way of life. Through our clothes closet, dental care, tutoring, mentoring, addiction and job counseling we provide some of the neccessary details for people to take advantage of any opportunity to improve themselves. NVHF will be the first non-profit organization to receive a prorata share of the proceeds coming from the entrees from the restaurant for the entire month of October, 2006.
